With nearly a decade of experience in security awareness, Maxime has guided organizations to evolve security awareness into comprehensive human risk strategies. As a behavior design expert, he's led programs for global firms in various sectors and was the Head of Security Culture for H&M Group until 2023. A seasoned public speaker, Maxime is passionate about the intersection of people and cybersecurity.Now, as Head of Human Risk at Hoxhunt, Maxime engages with the industry to understand human risk management needs, influence product development, and share knowledge with security awareness practitioners.

David Badanes

Human Risk Management Advisor

David Badanes brings extensive experience leading cybersecurity and privacy programs for complex, global organizations. As Managing Director of Ounce Cyber, he provides fractional CISO services with a focus on cyber program assessments, human risk management, tabletop exercises, public policy, and market strategy. Previously, David served as Director of Cybersecurity and Data Protection Officer at AES Corporation, a Fortune 500 global energy company, where he led strategy, operations, and enterprise-wide engagement while owning all privacy functions. An active voice in the cybersecurity community, David has served on the Board of Directors of the Internet Security Alliance, authored publications, and regularly speaks on industry panels. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, plays in an over-40 basketball league, and coaches youth sports.
